She is the winner of an Orlando Poetry Prize from A Room of Her Own Foundation and was a finalist for the Saturnalia Books Poetry Prize. Her journalism has been published by The Atlantic, The Guardian, and Foreign Policy. She’s working on a poetry collection that explores anger, violence, and gender.
